If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer FREE returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

Email contact customer service staff. Provide order number, proof of purchase and product photos.

2. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email

3.Send all items back to us using the label provided

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

1.Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

2.Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

3.Returned items must have no visible signs of wear

Refunds Time:We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, . If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at irvingzheng@treenest.com.
